The company was established to provide an integrated array of investment and property management services to owners, investors and financial institutions. Briarlane has 65 head office staff and an additional complement of 250 site staff covering a geographical area from London to Picton, ON, with a concentration in the Greater Toronto Area and London. Our managed portfolio includes more than 170 residential apartment buildings totalling 12,000 units and 115 commercial properties totalling 2.3 million square feet. The Briarlane team brings a wealth of real estate management experience directed under the watchful eyes of Andrus Kung, Monish Comar, Susanne Maguire and Brad Smith.

- Briarlane will prepare all required documentation for purposes of filing an Above-Guideline Increase (AGI) and provide it to the owner's retained rent review consultant. Briarlane will serve residents with all necessary documents and attend all rent review hearings with the owners's consultant.
